Fan Bus Permission Form

If there is enough interest, there will be a student fan bus offered to Shelton HS on Thursday, 6/6. The bus will depart at 5:30 and return at approximately 10 pm. The permission form below must be returned by noon on Thursday in order to be eligible to ride on the bus.
