Friday, January 17: Day off. Stretch and ice.
Saturday, January 18: No practice. Distance should run for 45 minutes, Sprinters easy 20 minutes, stretch and ice.
Sunday, January 19: DAY OFF. Senior Night/Pasta Party 5-7:30. Church of Christ Congregational, lower level. Freshman bring drinks (water, gatorade, soda), sophomores bring dessert to share, juniors bring a snack (chips or your favorite snack)
Monday, January 20. No practice. Distance should do an easy run, 45 minutes, last mile (or 6-8 minutes) at tempo pace.
Tuesday, January 21 - Friday, January 24: Distance 2:45, Sprinters 3:30
