Fall Sports Physicals

Fall sport physicals will be offered on Tuesday, 8/10, from 8-11 in the Biomedical classroom (entrance in rear of school) for any student athlete who is unable to get an updated physical from their primary care physician before the sport's season begins.

Please use the permission slip below if a parent/guardian is unable to attend.
