8/15 Physicals at NHS

Physicals will be offered on Wednesday, 8/15, between 8-11 to those student athletes who are unable to obtain a valid physical before the fall sports deadline. Students should still receive a physical from their primary care physician at a later date. Please complete the form linked below if a parent is unable to accompany the student athlete.
