Boys Golf falls to Berlin

 Berlin 164, Newington 184: The Redcoats continue to show they could be a team to contend with come state tournament time.

Jacob Linsday shot a 1-over 37 for Berlin (13-2) and was the medalist of the match. Paul Calafiore (42), Matt Czenepuszico (42) and Mike Lamorueux (43) rounded out the Redcoats’ scoring.

The Indians (2-4), meanwhile, had their lowest scorer of the day tied with Lamorueux. John Hurst shot a 43 for Newington with Mike Hamill (44), Brian Turgeon (47) and Kevin Russell (50) as the team’s other top finishers.
