Boys Soccer gets past Hartford Public

 Newington 2, Hartford Public 1: The Indians were caught in a tight battle with Hartford Public on Tuesday, but Trey Sadler made sure they left with a win and a .500 record.

Sadler’s two goals, including one on a dramatic penalty kick, were enough to secure the narrow victory for Newington, which improved its record to 5-5-2 on the season.

Nick Cox made eight saves in net, letting only one shot by Mynor Rojas get past him.
