8/23 Sports Physicals to be held at John Wallace

Sports physicals offered by Newington High School will be held in the Nurse's Office at John Wallace Middle School on Fri., 8/23 from 8:30-11. Parents must either be in attendance to give consent or use the link below to fill out the form to give permission for the physical to take place.

All student athletes intending on participating on a Fall sports team must have a physical on file with the Newington High School Nurse that is dated after 7/14/2012.

All Newington Athletics paperwork will be collected between 8/5-8/22 in the Athletic Office located in the Main Office of the high school.
