Be ready to practice at start time.
Running shoes/clothes, water, spikes (if you have them) is all you need for practice. A watch is highly recommended but not mandatory. Doesn’t have to be anything special like an apple or gps watch, just something to keep time.
Anything not needed for practice (cell phone, airpods, etc) can be left in your bag/backpack for the duration of practice.
Meets typically fall on Tuesday afternoons beginning at 3:45 and are usually about 2-3 hours long. We will add a few invitationals to the schedule once we find out their dates. Those meets are usually on a Friday or Saturday and are longer than a regular meet.
There will be some away meets where we only bring our varsity athletes.
For home meets, we will all meet at the track at 2:45pm for meet setup.
For away meets, the bus will leave the track at 2:45pm.
