Students interested in riding the Fan Bus to Yale for the Ice Hockey Semifinals game should use the permission slip below. The Athletic Department will cover the cost of the bus and will provide pizza before the bus leaves for all students who submit their forms by Tuesday at 2:30. Go Indians!
