Girls Basketball loses in OT to #7 Farmington

Farmington 56, Newington 49 (OT): The Indians habit of playing close games continued Wednesday night, and Newington was on the wrong side of this one, Despite a 13-6, fourth-quarter run which forced overtime, the Indians fell in overtime.

Stasha Greenalch had 20 points for the Indians (6-4) while Kayla Guest pitched in with 19.

Farmington, now 8-1, was led 28-20 at halftime, was led by 23 points from Cheray Saunders.
